The rules
Terms of Service
Last updated: February 2026
The basics
Use Fourposts for what it's built for — tracking your college applications, scholarships, rec letters, and schoolwork. Don't use it for anything illegal. Your data belongs to you, and you can export or delete it anytime. Here are the full details.
Agreeing to these terms
By using Fourposts, you're agreeing to follow these terms. If you don't agree, that's okay — just don't use the service.
Age requirements
Fourposts is designed for high school students aged 16 and older. If you're under 16, please ask a parent or guardian to set up an account on your behalf. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
What Fourposts is
Fourposts is a web app that helps you organize and track college applications, scholarships, recommendation letters, and assignments. It's built by Opus Vita Inc. It's a personal organizer — not an admissions advisor, not a counselor replacement, and not a social network.
Your account
Keep your password secure. We can't be responsible for what happens if someone else gets into your account, so pick a strong password and don't share it.
How to use Fourposts
Use it for what it's built for: managing your college applications and related materials. Don't use it for anything illegal, and don't try to mess with other people's accounts or our systems.
Your data
The Fourposts app (design, code, branding) belongs to Opus Vita Inc. But your application data, scholarship info, and everything you enter? That's yours. Export it or delete it whenever you want.
Important to know
We work hard to make Fourposts reliable, but it's provided as-is. Always double-check important dates and deadlines directly with your schools — don't rely solely on any app (including ours) for something this important.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If something major changes, we'll let you know by email or an in-app notice.
